Performance Training workout model is a total body training, reconditioning,
and rehabilitation program that can be used with any client to reach

design a safe and effective exercise program for you as well as monitor
your current level of fitness.
The Optimum Performance Training model is a series of workout programs
that systematically progresses any client from their current level
of health to their fitness goal. The OPT model is built upon a foundation
of stabilization training principles. With the acquisition of proper
levels of stabilization, a client can then progress to the strength
stage of training. Depending on the client’s fitness goals and
level of ability, the client may progress into the pinnacle of the
