The Optimum Performance Training model is a series of workout programs that systematically progresses any client from their current level of health to their fitness goal. The OPT model is built upon a foundation of stabilization training principles. With the acquisition of proper levels of stabilization, a client can then progress to the strength stage of training. Depending on the client’s fitness goals and level of ability, the client may progress into the pinnacle of the OPT model, the power stage of training.
